Return Policy

Custom Printed Products (Personalized Items):

Due to the personalized nature of custom printed items (including but not limited to custom T-shirts, mugs, wind spinners, etc.),
all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order is placed.

However, if your item arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or we made an error in printing
(such as incorrect names, designs, or colors not matching the order), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund in such cases.

Please include the following in your message:

  • Order number
  • Clear photo(s) of the item and issue
  • Brief description of the problem

General (Non-Custom) Products:

We accept returns or exchanges for non-custom items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in new,
unused condition and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us HERE with your order number.
  2. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund or exchange based on your preference.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
