Q: I see a graphic that I like on a T-Shirt but I would like it on a different product you offer, can I order it on a different product?
A: Yes – definitely! Although not all the types of products we offer are on the website yet – please note that any graphic that you see on this website can be added to any product we offer (just shoot us an email with your special request).


Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

Processing times vary depending on the complexity of the design, but most orders are completed within 5-7 business days. Shipping times depend on your location, and we offer expedited options if you need your item sooner.


Q: Do you offer bulk discounts?
A:
Yes! If you’re ordering in bulk for events, businesses, or special occasions, contact us for special pricing and discounts.


Q: Where else do you sell your products?
A:
We sell on Amazon & eBay. Although we may stop selling on Amazon due to the vast amount of our Custom Designs being Stollen & Pirated and sold as their own and Amazon refuses to do anything about it.


Q: Do you have a Brick & Mortar Store?
A:
No. This business all 100% Veteran Owned and is operated out of our home office. We do have high hopes of a physical location some day.

Q: Do you Ship Internationally?

No, we apologize for the inconvenience but we only ship within the continental US. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on your location.

Return Policy
Custom Printed Products (Personalized Items):
Due to the personalized nature of custom printed items (including but not limited to custom T-shirts, mugs, wind spinners, etc.), all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order is placed.
However, if your item arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or we made an error in printing (such as incorrect names, designs, or colors not matching the order), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund in such cases.
Please include the following in your message:
Order number.
Clear photo(s) of the item and issue.
Brief description of the problem.
General (Non-Custom) Products:
We accept returns or exchanges for non-custom items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange:
Email us with your order number.
Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund or exchange based on your preference.
Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
